David M. Weiss has been active in the brokerage industry for over 35 years. Currently Chief Operating Officer at Powerhouse Systems Group, he served as a Vice President of Global Operations at Goldman Sachs and worked for the New York Stock Exchange. He has written several books including Global Securities Processing (New York Institute of Finance).
